Print and fill out this form, then mail it with your payment to: NML&WF Booth size is 10 feet by 10 feet and costs $50. All are indoors. One 8-foot table and two chairs are provided. Booth spaces are filled on a first paid / first served basis. Your paid booth fee now also includes membership in the festival. And, as always, you are invited to the Vendor dinner, held the Saturday evening of the festival, at 6 pm in the Cafeteria. No charge, just great food and a chance to relax after a busy day! Your registration must be postmarked by August 15th. |
